Four individuals, including two bank officials, were arrested by the cyber crimes wing of the Cyberabad police for facilitating mule bank accounts used in cyber fraud transactions. The accused were identified as Jawwad Qadri Rifai, 28, and Mohammed Naushad, 26, both mule account suppliers, along with Pamula Pranavaraj, 46, sales manager, and Shankar Rathi, 51, branch manager of Jubilee Hills Mercantile Co-operative Urban Bank Ltd.
