As per details available with government agencies in Puducherry, Mr. Modi will reach Puducherry airport from Chennai around noon. He will participate in an-hour-long government programme at the helipad near the airport and return to Chennai around 1.30 p.m. The airport and the programme venue at Lawspet helipad have already come under surveillance of the police and the agencies entrusted with the Prime Minister’s security.
