Manjunath Government Karnataka Polytechnic (KPT) will conduct exams to certify candidates who have done online AI courses offered by YatiCorp Private Limited under its ‘AI Card’ scheme. Talking to reporters on Friday, K.S. Yatish, the chief executive officer (CEO) of YatiCorp, the Mangaluru-based IT and Business Consultancy Firm, said the firm launched ‘AI Card’ in 2024, offering online AI courses in agriculture and 31 other segments for a fee of ₹499. These courses train youth in the basic and advanced tools necessary for the 32 segments for a period ranging between ten days and nine months. As many as 75,000 people have registered as learners under the scheme.
