Nallakannu, 101, who passed away in Chennai on Wednesday. Led by CPI’s district secretary P. Karumban, the processionists took out the silent rally from Rajaji Park up to Anna Bus-Stand where the participants offered floral tribute to the portrait of the legendary leader from Thoothukudi district.
