Nothing on Thursday (February 26, 2026) announced the opening of its sixth exclusive service centre in Kolkata to enhance company’s after-sales infrastructure in India. The store will provide dedicated assistance through trained specialists, priority servicing, expert diagnostics and enhanced customer care.

The London-based tech brand said that it wants to offer more specialised support to its growing customer base in the country.

Earlier this month, Nothing also opened its first flagship offline store in Bengaluru and is now gearing up for the launch of Phone 4a on March 5.

Located at 66 Vivekananda Road, Girish Park North, P.S. Girish Park, Kolkata, the Nothing exclusive service centre will operate from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday, and will remain closed on Sundays.

Every second and fourth Saturday is observed as Nothing Service Day, where customers can avail complimentary product cleaning, discounts on spare parts, and zero service charges at the service centre.

In 2025, Nothing claims that they expanded its nationwide service network from 350 to 430 service centres, and aims to reach 500 centres by the end of 2026. Priority service desks have also scaled from 5 to over 30 locations.

The new Kolkata Exclusive Service Centre is part of Nothing’s continued push to deliver more personalised and premium after-sales support. Beyond repairs and technical assistance, the centre will host service camps and provide access to care plans and device protection solutions, ensuring a smoother ownership experience for customers in Eastern India.

“At Nothing, we see customer experience as an extension of product experience. As our community continues to grow across India, expanding our exclusive service infrastructure is essential. The launch of our sixth Exclusive Service Centre in Kolkata reflects our commitment to delivering faster, more reliable, and more specialised support to our users in the country,” said Akis Evangelidis, co-founder and India President, Nothing India.
