Anakapalli district police on Wednesday inspected the security arrangements for the ‘Bhoomi Pooja’ ceremony of ArcelorMittal Nippon Steel Plant, scheduled to be held in the first week of March at Tammayyapeta village in Nakkapalli mandal. Since Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Union Minister of Steel, HD Kuramaswamy, Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu, Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan, and other Central and State Ministers are expected to attend the event, DIG, Visakha Range, Gopinath Jatti along with Superintendent of Police, Tuhin Sinha, reviewed the security arrangements at the venue on Wednesday. They checked the meeting venue, proposed helipad arrangements, and vehicle parking areas.
