Nandyal MP and Telugu Desam Party (TDP) Deputy Floor Leader in Parliament, Byreddy Shabari, has been nominated as a member of the India-Germany Parliamentary Friendship Group. With this appointment, Ms. Shabari is set to represent India on an international parliamentary platform. In a press release on Wednesday, the Nandyal MP described the nomination as a moment of pride and responsibility. She said the opportunity to serve the nation at the global level would be used to strengthen parliamentary cooperation and deepen bilateral ties between India and Germany, while safeguarding the interests of citizens of both countries. Ms. Shabari thanked Prime Minister Narendra Modi for selecting her to be part of the India delegation to Germany, and Speaker Om Birla and Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu for their encouragement and support.
