As the Chief Minister was on his way to Kanniyakumari on Tuesday to attend various functions, the DMK men accorded rousing welcome to Mr. Stalin at Panagudi. Even as the Chief Minister was receiving shawls from the functionaries, a drone flying above the spot was covering the proceedings.
