The public auction of Telangana Housing Board’s open plots in Lakshmiguda of Rajendranagar mandal attracted a maximum price of ₹51,000 per square yard on Wednesday (February 18, 2026). A total of 14 plots were auctioned, which generated a revenue of ₹14.75 crore, said the Board’s Vice-Chairman V.P. Gautham. A notification for the sale of the plots was issued on February 2 and the auction was held on Wednesday (February 18, 2026) – in which 49 people participated. An offset price of ₹32,000 per square yard was fixed. While the maximum bid was ₹51,000, the minimum bid was ₹32,000 and average bid was ₹44,285, as per a press note.
