Students from Telangana Tribal Welfare Residential Educational Institutions Society (TGTWREIS) and Telangana Eklavya Model Residential Schools Society (TG-EMRS) displayed their competence in the JEE (Main) 2026 results, declared by the National Testing Agency on Monday. Based on the previous year’s cut-off criteria, a total of 462 students from the two societies have qualified the JEE (Advanced). Among them, students from Rajendranagar and other centres of excellence secured top percentiles. Five students secured a 90+ NTA score, 26 students were in the 80 to 90 bracket, and 71 students in the 70 to 80 bracket. The top percentile scorers were Chowhan Praveen (93.45), Ajmeera Mahesh (91.97), Banothu Karthik (90.18), Ramavath Laxman Naik (90.01), and others. From Telangana Social Welfare Residential Educational Institutions Society, centres of excellence at Gowlidoddi produced several 90+ NTA scores: Y. Navadeep (98.39), Sathya Swaroop (97.99), Yashwanth (95.70), M. Mahesh (95.18), S. Raju (94.83), K. Sri Varsha (94.64), and V. Manjula (92.25). At Madanapuram centre in Wanaparthy district, P. Suryanarayana secured 94.03 percentile. According to the society, several academic initiatives such as posting experienced principals and subject experts, strict implementation of micro academic schedules, continuous monitoring, weekly and mock examinations, and individual student counselling and mentoring, helped the improved result. It also said that special action plans were being implemented to ensure similar and better results in the JEE (Main) Session-II scheduled in April.
