The government agency has revamped its e-auction communication with the help of Zen Citizen, a citizens’ collective, to make the information clearer, seamless and transparent. The BDA’s property e-auction platform now features an interactive interface with a map view, filters, and a search option. Information has been reorganised, making key details easy to find. The new interface is also optimised for mobile viewing.
