The Bengaluru NavaNirmana Party (BNP) on Monday launched a new initiative called ‘B-Resolve’ to help citizens address everyday civic problems. The initiative is aimed at encouraging residents to report issues in their neighbourhoods and work towards getting them resolved in a systematic manner.

Through this, the citizens can report concerns such as potholes, broken footpaths, drainage problems, garbage issues and faulty streetlights using a digital dashboard available on the BNP website (https://nammabnp.org/). Complaints can also be shared through ward-level WhatsApp groups. The dashboard allows residents to track the status of their complaints in real time. Every week, teams in every area will review the issues received and escalate them either through the government’s Sahaya app or by directly approaching municipal officials concerned, the press release stated.
