Chief Minister M.K. Stalin is scheduled to visit Kanniyakumari district next week to participate in government programmes. Ahead of his visit, Dairy Development Minister T. Mano Thangaraj inspected the preparatory arrangements on Sunday. He reviewed the completed projects to be inaugurated by the Chief Minister and venue for distributing welfare assistance, among other arrangements. On February 24, Mr. Stalin will inaugurate the Ayyan Thiruvalluvar Silver Jubilee Arch in Kanniyakumari, Mudalvar Padippagam in Puthalam, and Kumari Komedhagam Ponnappa Nadar statue at Sir C.P. Ramasamy Iyer Memorial Park in Nagercoil. On February 25, he will distribute welfare assistance to beneficiaries at Concordia Ground in Nagercoil.
