Water level in Mullaperiyar dam stands at 119.90 feet

Water level in Mullaperiyar dam on Saturday stood at 119.90 feet (the maximum permissible level is 142 ft.) with nil inflow and a discharge of 700 cusecs. In Vaigai dam, the level was 43.70 ft. (the maximum level is 71 ft.) with an inflow of 346 cusecs and a discharge of 69 cusecs. Combined storage in Periyar credit was 3,565.15 mcft.
