The Central Crime Branch sleuths of Mangaluru police arrested three alleged drug peddlers and seized 118.13 grams of MDMA worth ₹ 11.9 lakhs on Thursday. The police gave names of the arrested persons as Mustafah Sidiyabba, 34, Maiyaddi, 28, and Mohammed Shifan, 28, all from Ullal. The police said the arrested persons had brought MDMA from Bengaluru. They were found selling it in Talapady village area of Ullal taluk. The police were on the look out for alleged accomplices of the arrested persons. Mustafah Sidiyabba was accused in a cattle theft case registered in Kankanady police station, while Maiyaddi was accused in an assault case registered in Ullal police station, the police said.
