The facility will be officially inaugurated by Suresh Gopi, Union Minister of State for Petroleum and Natural Gas and Tourism, on Friday. The facility is outfitted with advanced safety systems and passenger-friendly features. Its strategic location near the Puthiyakavu temple provides quick access to the highway, and its position adjacent to the railway station ensures seamless and convenient access to all users. Offering a significant boost to organised parking at Kollam Junction, the new multi-level facility can accommodate over 200 two-wheelers and more than 130 four-wheelers at a time. The ceremony will take place in the presence of N.K. Premachandran, MP, Mayor A.K. Hafeez, M. Naushad, MLA, and M. Mukesh, MLA.
