Chief Minister Siddaramaiah, who holds the Finance portfolio, is scheduled to present his record 17th Budget on March 6. The Karnataka Cabinet on Thursday approved the Budget to be presented on March 6 and the Budget session of the legislature to be held between March 6 and March 27. There will be 14 days of legislature session (barring holidays), the Law and Parliamentary Affairs Minster H.K. Patil said in his post-Cabinet briefing.
