The Visakhapatnam City Security Council (VCSC) organised a cyber security awareness session for students at the GVMC High School, RP Peta at Kancharapalem on Thursday. The session was conducted under the guidance of Joint Secretary, Cyber Forum, Kishore Dasari and led by Seema Sikri and Naveen Kumar from the VCSC. The session focused on various cyber scams, including social media frauds, OTP scams, online gaming risks, APK link threats, and awareness about the appropriate age for children to use social media applications. Students from class 6th to 9th, participated in the programme and engaged in meaningful discussions. Principal, M . Rajalakshmi, and others attended the event.
