Greater Visakhapatnam Municipal Corporation Commissioner Ketan Garg has appealed to residents not to dump waste in open or public places on February 12 (Thursday) as sanitation workers will be on strike and will not attend duties. He urged citizens to retain their household waste for the day and hand it over to sanitation workers or deposit it in CLAP vehicles on February 13 (Friday) when services resume.
