The 10th edition of the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup, hosted by India and Sri Lanka, began on February 7, 2026. The group stage runs until February 20, after which the Super Eight stage begins the next day. The top four teams from the Super Eights will qualify for the knockout stage. The first semi-final is scheduled for March 4 in Kolkata/Colombo, while the second will be held in Mumbai on March 5. The title clash is set for March 8 in Ahmedabad/Colombo. The ICC has shortlisted Colombo or Kolkata as the venue for the first semi-final in case Sri Lanka or Pakistan qualify for the last four. Ahmedabad will host the final, but if Pakistan qualifies for it, Colombo will host the final.
