NIRMAL To ensure smooth conduct of Wednesday’s election to Bhainsa municipality in Nirmal district, police on Tuesday conducted a route march in the town. Nirmal Superintendent of Police G. Janaki Sharmila led the route march. The march was organised as part of elaborate security measures to instil confidence among voters and ensure a free and fair elections, police said. It passed through the main thoroughfares of the town. The police have laid special focus on 48 sensitive and 37 hyper-sensitive polling stations in the three civic bodies that are going to the polls in Nirmal district on Wednesday.
