The General Education department’s higher secondary wing will launch its We Help toll-free telephone helpline to alleviate stress experience of students and their parents in connection with the SSLC and higher secondary examinations on February 16. Telecounselling will be available to students and parents from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. for free on the number 1800 425 2844. The facility provided by the Career Guidance and Adolescent Counselling Cell of the higher secondary wing will be available on all working days till the examinations conclude. Counselling facilities will be available in all higher secondary schools under the supervision of Souhruda coordinators. All students appearing for public examinations in schools can avail themselves of this facility.
