T.N. govt. transfers 13 police officers

The State government on Friday ordered the transfer of 13 police officers including 10 Indian Police Service (IPS) officers.

According to the order, Ankit Singh, Assistant Superintendent of Police, Kumbakonam Sub-Division, Thanjavur district has been promoted to the rank of Superintendent of Police and posted as Deputy Commissioner of Police, North, Salem City, in place of N.U. Sivaraman, who has been posted as Superintendent of Police, Vellore district.

Shristi Singh, Assistant Superintendent of Police, Pollachi Sub-Division, Coimbatore district, has been promoted to the rank of Superintendent of Police and posted as Deputy Commissioner of Police, South, Tiruchi City, in place of T. Eswaran, who has been posted as Deputy Commissioner of Police, Traffic, Avadi Police Commissionerate.

S. Rajeswari, Inspector General of Police and Member Secretary, Tamil Nadu Uniformed Services Recruitment Board, has been transferred and posted as Inspector General of Police, Crime Against Women and Children, Chennai, in place of A. Kayalvizhi, who has been posted as Inspector General of Police and Member Secretary, Tamil Nadu Uniformed Services Recruitment Board.

R.V. Ramya Bharati, Inspector General of Police on compulsory wait in the DGP/HoPF office, has been posted as Inspector General of Police, Crime, Chennai, in place of P.K. Senthil Kumari. A. Mylvaganan, Superintendent of Police, Vellore district, has been transferred and posted as Superintendent of Police, Vigilance and Anti-Corruption, Southern Range, Chennai. G. Nagajothi, Superintendent of Police, Tamil Nadu Uniformed Services Recruitment Board, Chennai has been transferred and posted as Principal, Police Training College, Chennai.

I. Eswaran, Superintendent of Police, Railways, Chennai, has been transferred and posted as Deputy Commissioner of Police, Anna Nagar, in place of R. Udhayakumar, who has been transferred and posted as Deputy Commissioner of Police, Koyambedu.

Sujit Kumar, Deputy Commissioner of Police, Koyambedu, has been transferred and posted as Deputy Commissioner of Police, Traffic West, in place of R. Sughasini, who has been transferred and posted as Superintendent of Police, Tamil Nadu Uniformed Services Recruitment Board, Chennai.
