A discussion was held in Mysuru to ensure uninterrupted power supply in areas under the CESC jurisdiction during the SSLC examination. | Photo Credit: Special Arrangement To ensure uninterrupted power supply during the upcoming SSLC examinations, Deputy Director of Public Instruction (DDPI) Uday Kumar, along with officials from the education department, met Chamundeshwari Electricity Supply Corporation (CESC) Managing Director K. M. Munigopal Raju on Friday. The meeting was held following directions from MLA and CESC Chairman Ramesh Bandisidde Gowda and K. Vivekananda, MLC. During the discussion, the DDPI held talks on the need for continuous power supply, with the CESC Managing Director, Superintending Engineer Sunil, and CESC official Bhaskar. “CESC officials responded positively and assured that all necessary measures would be taken to ensure continuous power supply in areas under CESC limits throughout the SSLC examination period,” a press release said. Block Education Officer of Nanjangud, Mahesh, and Manjunath, aide to K. Vivekananda, were also present at the meeting.
