The fourth Tiruvarur Book Fair, jointly organised by the Directorate of Public Libraries and the Book Sellers and Publishers Association of South India (BAPASI), will be held from February 8 to 17. The fair will be open to public from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. on all days with special events for about two hours in the evenings from 6 p.m. Competitions for school and college students will be held at the book fair venue – Mangal Varathar Mahal, Pavithramanickam, Tiruvarur – from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. School Education Minister Anbil Mahesh Poyamozhi, Industries Minister T.R.B. Rajaa, and Collector V. Mohanachandran will be participating in the book fair inauguration ceremony to be held on February 8, according to official sources.
