The Centre must, in coordination with the State government, conduct a feasibility study on the ideal location in the State to have an All India Institute of Medical Sciences, the Kerala High Court has said. The location must conform to guidelines issued by the Centre in this regard. The Ministry of Health and Family Welfare must file an affidavit on the matter by February 25.
