The Central government has allocated ₹3,320 crore towards revised cost for completion of the Polavaram Irrigation Project with water storage up to elevation level of 41.15 metres i.e. minimum draw down level. Apart from that, a sum of ₹500.99 crore has been allocated for the A.P. Rural Roads Project and ₹432.09 crore for Amaravati Integrated Urban Development Program through International Bank for Reconstruction & Development. The AP Roads & Bridges Reconstruction Project got ₹350 crore and AP Climate Resilient Zero Budget Natural Farming Project ₹155.32 crore.
