Indians Rojit Singh Yanglem and Celestina won the men’s and women’s gold, respectively, in the 200m sprint on the final day of the Track Asia Cup, a UCI Class-2 cycling competition, at the SDAT Velodrome in the TNPESU campus here on Saturday.

The results came a day after Indonesia dominated the men’s elite team pursuit final on Friday, finishing well clear of the field. The quartet clocked 4:40.088s to take gold, ahead of Uzbekistan (4:48.336) and SDAT Racing (4:59.496).

The Indian National team topped the medal tally with 15 gold, 14 silver, and 10 bronze medals. Indonesia finished second with five gold, one silver, and two bronze, while Kazakhstan finished third with four gold, four silver, and six bronze.

Other results (winners): Men: Elite: Scratch race (7.5 km): Zeinolla Azamatuly (Kazakhstan); Elimination: Bernard Benyamin Van Aert (Indonesia).

Junior: Keirin: Max Singh Narengbam (India).

Women: Elite: Point race: Nafosat Kozieva (Uzbekistan) 78 points; Keirin: Triyasha Paul (India); Omnium II – Tempo race: Nafosat Kozieva (Uzb) 80; Omnium IV – Point race: Nafosat Kozieva 120.

Junior: Sprint (200m): Thabitha Shaffi (India); Scratch (7.5 km): Aigerim Smailkanova (Kaz).
