Ravi, was among the recipients of the PhD degree during the 21st Convocation of Karnataka State Open University (KSOU) held in Mysuru on Saturday. Mr. Ravi received his PhD degree from Governor Thaawarchand Gehlot for his thesis titled ‘A study on coalition governments in Bharat: Issues and Challenges’. Also, IPS officer M.S. Geetha, who had served as Deputy Commissioner of Police (Crime and Traffic) in Mysuru City, also received her PhD degree from KSOU. A total of 68 PhD degrees were awarded by KSOU on the occasion of its 21st Convocation. KSOU Vice Chancellor Sharappa V Halse was also present on the occasion.
