WORTHINGTON — The Nobles County Library is open from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday at 1106 Third Ave., Worthington. The library is closed Saturdays and Sundays. The Children’s Library, 206 11th St., Worthington, is open noon to 5:30 p.m. Monday and Tuesday; 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday; and 9 a.m. to noon Friday. It is closed Saturday and Sunday. The Adrian Branch Library, 214 Maine Ave., Adrian, is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday, Tuesday and Thursday; 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday; and 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday (Labor Day to Memorial Day). The library is closed Wednesdays. Please note: The Nobles County Libraries (Adrian and Worthington) are not accepting donations of items until further notice. Please do not leave donations outside of the building or put them in the book drops. Portable DVD player: The Nobles County Library has purchased a portable DVD player that patrons can check out. This player can be connected to your TV to watch DVDs of movies or TV series on your big screen. Or, take this along in your car and keep your kids entertained on a long road trip.
