In pursuance of a report sent by the A.P. High Court to the ACB Director-General, cases have been registered against court master G. Vijaya Lakshmi, working in A.P. Judicial Academy, Mangalagiri, and assistant section officers G. Prasanth Chowdary and Y. Venkata Siva, working at the High Court, on charges of corruption. Cases against two private persons, Kolli Sridhar Reddy and Garikapati Ravi Sankar, were also registered under the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988, and also under various sections of BNSS, the ACB said in a release on Friday (January 30). Simultaneous raids were conducted on the properties of the accused and their relatives at five locations in Guntur and NTR districts, and incriminating evidence related to the case was found and seized. Further searches are in on, the ACB said.
