Music lovers in Bengaluru can look forward to an evening of Hindustani classical music as Sapthak, Bangalore presents the Pt. Kerekai Kamalakar Bhat Memorial Concert on January 18, at Seva Sadan, 14th Cross, Malleswaram, at 5.30 p.m. The programme begins with a vocal recital by Kiran Kamalakar Bhat, Kerekai, accompanied by Arun Kamalar Bhat, Kerekai on the tabla and Madhusoodhan Bhat, Vanalli on the harmonium. This will be followed by a vocal performance by Rutuja Lad from Mumbai, supported by Vighnesh Kamath, Kundapura on the tabla, and Tejas Ravindra Katoti on the harmonium.
