Two students of De Paul International Residential School (DPIRS) in Mysuru have bagged gold medals at two different national championships.

While Rohan R. clinched the gold medal in the 13th All India Traditional Wrestling and Pankration Federation’s (AITWPF) National Championship 2025-26 held in Mapusa, Goa, recently, Shreyas K.P. has earned a gold and bronze medal in two different categories in the Prince Cup in taekwondo, which was held in Bengaluru.

While Rohan is now set to represent India in the international rounds in Vietnam, Shreyas will go on to represent India in the International Taekwondo Tournament in Thailand in May 2026, said a statement issued by DPIRS, Mysuru.

“The school organised a special felicitation ceremony, where principal Fr. Aneesh Xavior C.M honoured both the young champions and the entire campus applauded in appreciation of both students’ remarkable accomplishments,” the statement added.
