10,000 family health cards to be distributed in Hubballi

The KGP Foundation, in collaboration with Sanjeevini Speciality Hospital and Heart Care Centre, plans to distribute around 10,000 KGP Family Health Cards through a series of medical camps to be held at various locations in and around Hubballi.

Addressing a press conference in Hubballi on Friday, Srigandh Shet, owner of the KGP Group, said that this initiative would provide support to the families by providing access to affordable healthcare services.

Each family health card is valid for 4 members and will have a year validity from the date of registration.

Mr. Shet said that the 10,000 health cards they planned to distributed would benefit 40,000 people.

Dr. Abhishek Patil, chairman of Sanjeevini Hospital, said that the cardholders would be entitled to free OPD consultations, 20% discount on super-speciality OPD services, 20% discount on hospital admissions and laboratory tests, 10% discount on medicines and free ambulance services. Medical camps will be held at 9 locations on different dates for the next two months.
