File | Photo Credit: ANI Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam (TVK) president Vijay on Friday (January 16, 2026) constituted a 10-member committee to coordinate election campaign activities of the party at the district and constituency levels for the upcoming Assembly elections in Tamil Nadu. N. Anand, party general secretary; Aadhav Arjuna, general secretary (election campaign management); K.A. Sengottaiyan, chief coordinator of the party’s high-level administrative committee; A. Parthiban, B. Rajkumar, K.V. Vijay Thamu, S.P. Selvam, K. Pichairathinam Karikalan, M. Seravu Mohideen (alias) Niyas, and J. Catherine Pandian would be members of the committee, Mr. Vijay said in a statement. The committee will coordinate campaign meetings and other election-related activities across all 234 constituencies, he added. Recently, the party had formed a 12-member panel to gather public opinion and suggestions for drafting its election manifesto.
