Deputy Chief Minister Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka reiterated the government’s commitment to improving educational infrastructure and empowering aspirants from marginalised communities.

Addressing Group-1 trainees at Praja Bhavan on Monday, he said the ‘Praja Palana’ government is advancing with innovative ideas and welfare programmes aimed at uplifting the underprivileged.

Congratulating candidates who secured Group-1 positions through the Telangana Public Service Commission after training at the Telangana SC Study Circle, Mr. Vikramarka urged them to serve society with dedication and integrity. “Coming from socially and economically disadvantaged backgrounds, you have a responsibility to support those struggling to find their footing,” he said.

The Deputy CM presented mementos to successful candidates during the event, which was attended by Ministers Adluri Laxman Kumar, MP Balram Naik and MLA Ramdas Naik.

Highlighting the government’s efforts, Mr. Vikramarka noted that basic amenities at the ‘study circle’ have significantly improved since the current administration took charge. He assured that further steps would be taken to enhance facilities. Plans include developing a 1.5-acre site near Ambedkar Bhavan at Tank Bund to provide continuous educational support.

Acknowledging the challenges of clearing Group-1 exams in today’s competitive environment, he advised the trainees to uphold public welfare and implement government decisions conscientiously.
