Identify, declare slums to reach benefits, State govt. urged

Slum Dwellers Association divisional president Allam Prabhu Nimbarga has demanded that the State government identify and declare slums to provide basic amenities immediately.

He was addressing a press conference in Yadgir on Sunday.

Slum dwellers have been deprived of facilities which come under their Constitutional rights. The State government should take immediate action to identify and declare slums to provide the necessary facilities, he said.

Baburao Dandinkar, Vikas Savarikar and others were present.
