Stalin | Photo Credit: Special Arrangement The Tamil Nadu government’s Overseas Manpower Corporation Limited has signed a memorandum of understanding with Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT), Chennai, over the mobility of students for education and employment to foreign countries, in the presence of Chief Minister M.K. Stalin. VIT founder G. Viswanathan was among those present on the occasion. He also distributed appointment orders to teachers who have been selected to teach Tamil to children abroad. Ministers S.M. Nasar, Non Resident Tamils Welfare Board chairperson Karthikeya Sivasenapathy, Chief Secretary N. Muruganandam, and senior officials were present.
