VELANKANNI RAJ A total of 318 officer cadets and 27 officer cadets (women) were commissioned into various arms and services of the Indian Army, after passing out the training programme at the Officers Training Academy (OTA) here on Saturday. Cadets from foreign countries (Bhutan and Tanzania) successfully completed their training, fostering bonds of camaraderie and cooperation across international borders.
