In a nationwide convocation ceremony, the Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) on Tuesday awarded 3.24 lakh degrees, of which 2,815 students from the Hyderabad region received their degrees locally. Addressing the students, Vice-Chancellor of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Open University, Ghanta Chakrapani emphasised the importance of students serving society alongside their academic pursuits.
