Transport Department to announce a WhatsApp number for people to report potholes on roads and accident hotspots Road repairs have to be taken based on the information Eye tests for drivers of TGSRTC buses, lorries and other goods transport vehicles Details of working women’s hostels, boys’ and girls’ hostels in cities and towns along with the three corporations should be registered Farmers to be encouraged to cultivate crops high in demand Crop diversification and rotation should be encouraged Drugs, and e-cigarettes should be curbed in schools and colleges Praja Palana – Pragatiki Pranalika The 99-day action plan was divided into 10 themes designed department-wise, which will be implemented in five phases from March 6 to June 2. A preparatory meeting would be held on March 6, village level Gram Sabhas on April 2, mandal level program on April 16, constituency level program on May 2, district level program on May 22 and State formation day celebrations will be held at a grand scale on June 2. Warning food poisoning incidents will not be tolerated, he said the government wants to provide nutritious food and quality education in government schools. Officials were directed to clear the bills of mid-day meal agencies promptly. Roads ridden with potholes and other issues, accident spots have been a concern of people.
